We accept lease terms between 6 and 15 months.

A $50 application fee is for each applicant. A $150 administrative fee is due once the application is approved to secure the apartment.

Proof of renters insurance is required at move in. Minimum insurance requirements are $100,000 of liability coverage and $10,000 for personal contents. Once you sign your lease, you will receive a link from Assurant where you can either upload a policy from a carrier of your choice or purchase a Pay-With-Rent policy.

Electronic payments are required. Rent payments can be made through the resident portal. ACH payments are not subject to a convenience fee. Credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, and American Express are accepted; however, these credit card payments incur higher convenience fees compared to debit card payments which also incur fees based upon the amount of money being processed on the card.

All utilities are separate and are determined by your monthly usage. Residents must keep utilities in their name and pay their bills directly to the utility provider. Water is through the City of Raleigh; however, from move-in until the water account is switched to the resident’s name, a third-party utility billing company will bill residents for water usage. Power is through Duke Energy. $29 per month is charged to each resident to cover trash, pest control, and utility billing.

Our community offers permitted, unassigned parking at no additional cost. Visitor spaces are marked throughout the property.

Yes, two pets per apartment are allowed with no weight or size limit. All applicants are required to create a pet profile with Pet Screening that includes a photo and other documentation as well as answer some questions about their pet. A fee is required to setup the profile. Breed restrictions include Pit Bulls, Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Dobermans, Chows, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Wolf Hybrids, and Huskies. This applies to full or partial breeds. Applicants with service or support animals must submit documentation to PetScreening for approval. Emotional support animals need to be registered, and pet screening will approve all documents related to them.

The community is located within the Wake County School District, with nearby schools including Farmington Woods Elementary School, Martin Middle School, and Athens Drive Middle School. Residents also enjoy close proximity to several colleges and universities, including NC State, Meredith College, William Peace University, and Wake Technical Community College. Commuters are minutes away from I-440 and I-40, with quick access to Morrisville, RDU Airport, Durham, and Chapel Hill.
